Did you give your biometrics when you applied? If not then the six month delay can be because of that. Anything above 11 weeks is abnormal and you should email CHC with URGENT: subject and ask for details of your application. Good luck

mailed them many times but all we get is ur file is under process thanks for contacting.....the time we applied there was no rule of biometrics it came by mid december

Ask to cancel application and apply fresh with biometrics. I am sure that will be faster.

Hello Guys ....one thing is for sure student have to have apply for visa at least 4 months before the semester start.....But I got my first rejection letter in a month than apply again and got medical call with in 10 days .

I'm headed to Quebec. However, my classes start early and I have to leave mid july. I got my CAQ and applied online on 23rd April and gave my biometrics within the next 4 days. However, no medical call yet. Any idea how long it takes? And should i get the medical done before the request in order to cut down processing time?

don't worry yodud... people here are waiting since last year November and this year march... ap ny to abhi abhi apply kiya hy so ap thandi meethi lassi pi kr chain ki neend so jao

CIC emailed my consultant that we will reply within 15 days if there will ne no email the reply must be posted on mycic account
And my consultant was saying I think they forgot to see my application WTH
