thank-you for feedback. One more thing, I'm thinking to apply for MA Economics at University of Windsor and than file visa with Master offer letter and later on switch back to Grad Diploma in Economics? this is just to enhance my visa chances. What you say?

you already got offer letter from university i.e concordia so i guess it wont make any difference on visa chances if u get offer letter for MA Economics but if you really want to pursue MA Economics then u can apply again for admission.
visa chances are less for colleges but u are going to a university.

Do I need to improve my IELTS? coz last time i didn't get time to prepare and even messed up during exam to due to time mis management. I think i can increase it to 7.5 or at least 7.0.

IELTS is not a requirement of VISA so dnt worry.
its an additional document. u should add it with ur application. ur score is fine enough to be attached with ur application.

One more thing, currently I'm attending french language classes. So, my plan is to write french language test, atleast A2 or B1. So, should I submit that too or just doesn't need to submit that? Will it affect my case in positive way or will have inverse affect on my file? What you think?

it wont affect ur application as french is not required. but attaching ur french test results will also not harm ur application.

Concordia is a better University then Windsor so I think you will have better chances with Concordia and I agree with Usman that there is no point of applying to Windsor just for increasing visa chances. Plus after you have entered Canada you can change your institute or Program of Study there is nothing wrong with that.

And by the way where are you studying french from?

Thank-you MFAhad! It really cleared my confusion. I don't wanna change the course, because I want to study the same Graduate Diploma, which offer letter I've right now. It is really helpful.

I'm attending french classes at NUML Islamabad. It's six months certificate course.

At which level are you? I am also attending french classes in Alliance française de Karachi. I am going to join Concordia in September

This course is basically A2 level course, which means one can pass A2 level after attending complete course. But, with personal efforts you can enhance your level even to B1.

no. i am going to NS Inshallah. but i will be in need of learning french to attain good scores in french test. i am having a long term plan of not leaving Canada once i enter there.
