Good Morning,
Hello every one how are you all doing, well I want to share my story over here and I wish if anyone could help me out, I’m from Pakistan I hire a consultant and handover him my case I score 69 points my IELTS score was 7 bands, and also did my assessment online and I was eligible the consultant promise me that I will receive my medical within 8 months or so I’m still waiting I don’t know when its going to be true I applied my case in April 2012.. I asked for the tracking id as well but they refuse to give me tracking id as they say they are doing everything on their own, Does anyone has anyone has any idea when can I get my medical, even the 8th months are not completed yet, but at least they should give me the tracking id so that I get sure that my case is in process,

Please help me out :'( :'(

I have also had a consultant for 3 plus years.. but i got frustrated like you and emailed the Canadian High commission to ask for my file number so i can check my e-cas status online. You have every right to check for yourself. The canadian high commission does not think its a negative thing if you ask for it. You can send them a Case specific enquiry using the webform .. i think you will find it in the CONTACT us section of London Visa office website for CHC.
Send them the name of the primary applicant.. date of birth.. passport number and country. And request them to send you the file number that you can use to check your progress on e-cas yourself. They should respond to you within three weeks.

p.s. you can inform your consultant if you think its necessary. Makes no difference. ;D

Mrs. Umer has guided you very well ... adding to it I don’t think that your consultant has any right to hide your tracking number from you.
You have paid them to take your case properly but it doesn’t mean that, they own your case completely Moreover they should keep you in loop with all the correspondence they are making with visa office
I have a feeling that that, This so called consultant is not authorized and playing prank with you (I am sorry don’t want to make you tense but alerting you)
Ask them vigilantly to give you tracking number…. And follow the steps that Mrs. Umer has told you.

But be cautious, take steps tactfully so your consultant will not creating any fuss in return for you.

I think he has not even filed your application. Most of the occupations were filled till April 2012. And CIC stopped taking applications from July 2012 till further order. What is your NOC?
 
We submitted in aprail as she said that its last month for subbmisson of cases after that they are closing... and i just email to the contact of canadavisa Uk VISA OFFICE BUT I RECV an email whic says

You have just been sent a personal message by Mr.Engineer on Canada Immigration Forum.

who is MR enginner??
 
if he has not even file my case why is he lieng hi is wasting my time then, i asked them so many times for my case file track id but they refused they says we are doing it so well we will let you know soon thats none of your bsuiness if you dnt trust us take your money back
:( and that you will recive a call from us when ur case is done i have given them money to do my case although my case was so easy n geniune

Take this matter seriously, I think he is lying to you he has not even sent your application. Which city are you from? Best of luck

Please relax
First of all calm down. So you can better cater this situation.
As per one of my friend correspondence with VO Please find below the abstract form one of the email he received from VO.
If you would like visa office to correspond directly with you and you no longer wish to be represented by your consultant,
You need to provide us with a signed copy of the form revoking the authorization of your existing representative.
The form is available at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.PDF
Further information regarding the use of a representative is available at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/index.asp

• First of all see if yourconsultant is authorized (registered with some ICCRC MEMBERSHIP NO.)
• Ask them when they submit you application and when they received the first AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt)
• Ask them If they have received first AOR then where is your first tracking number normally starts with BO**********

Brother,

I think you have send an email to another member of this forum. You need to know that this forum is a private one and nothing to do with London Visa office .

You need to send an email to Canadian High Commission London ,at the below mentioned email address.You MUST mention full name of principal/primary applicant
,Date of birth of him/her,nationality of him/her ,any probable date of application known to you,and request to send you your Case File # .You will immediately receive an automated confirmation of receipt from London office ,but the actual reply might take 2-3 weeks or so.

Good luck and feel free to ask if you have any other queries.

This is the exact way to do it.. dont panic.. you might not have emailed the right place..
