Most canadian unis dont want advance fees.
ICM and FIC are university affiliated colleges,if u go there,u will complete first year of studies in these colleges and than get transfer to university. ur mane sponsor is university for full 4years of undergraduate studies.

Its all on related to the profile. Sometimes they give conditional, sometimes unconditional.

Its not something you ask for. Its related to your scores and your qualities. It also depends on college policy. Some colleges give unconditional admission and some give only conditional no matter how irresistible a student is. Now you can't engineer your profile now. Whatever you scored cant change. But still i'll wish you good luck. besides colleges aren't competitive. You will get unconditional offers from some and possibly all colleges you apply to.

Your inter scores and metric can be a bit of a problem but your cgpa is good. The work experience is respected but it doesn't carry much weight-age. I think that you might get unconditional offer.

if your medical is done and clear the its a visa. I got it in 10 day and other friend of mine got it in 13 days
