if you mentioned in the background declaration form-A IMM5669E, that you have stayed more than 6 months in those 4 cities then you have to submit 4 PCC's from those cities. It is necessary...
you have to act as information provided on IMM5669E form. Check your form and go for the PCCs

Yes I provided the addresses of four different cities and lived there more then 6 months??? but RFarooqi one of our Fellow member suggested that one is sufficient, He already did this and provided one to CHC and recently he got med request............ It will be a great hassle...........I don't have rent agreements as In Karachi I lived in shared accommodation with fellow students and for PCC you must have some kinda proof of rent agreement or ownership certificate and I dont have these things for two cities so what should I do?

Dear Ocean.

Regarding the issue of PCC, there are two opinions. Some people are of the view that you need to get PCC from every city where you lived for more than 06 months. Whereas the 2nd opinion is only one PCC is required from your current place of residence. I personally, agree with the 2nd opinion and only submitted PCC from my current place. The CHC guideline document specify the requirement of PCC from every country / region where you have lived for more than six months and not the cities.

Therefore, I recommend to get PCC from your current city of residence only.

As far as I remember different PCC are required if you stayed in different countries for more than 6 months and not the cities. So It should be one pcc of Lahore,Pakistan. It's just my opinion.

i provided them two addresses in Background Form, Chiniot & Lahore. I sent them only one PCC from Lahore, after 7 Month they asked for PCC from Chiniot.
But i also heard that now a days they have no concern with different cities

For PCC, what I understand it depends on us, how we filled our application form, as I just mentioned I studied in Lahore, worked in Lahore, reside in Lahore, though I stayed in Rawalpindi more than two years. But I didn't studied there nor did a job so I didn't mention anything in my application form. If you mention anything like that you did one job in Karachi and one in Lahore, then you have to give both PCC for the safe side biz there is 50:50.

Positive sign. It means medical results has been received and assessed. VO now waits for your security clearance to issue you PPR-1.

Sorry for late reply as I was busy to make PCC from different cities. Thanks RF Farooqi, Khalid Civil, Mian AliRaza, Woodworker, Bravo2000 and Smof for your detailed answers. I have also opinion that 1 PCC certificate is sufficient, However I mentioned in my application 4 different cities and duration of more then 6 months. As for as I am concerned I have opinion that they asked PCC since the the age of 18. Every visa officers has his on concerns therefore I opted to choose 4 PCC instead of leaving ambiguity. I already finished with 2 and 2 are remaining and I hope I will get these within this week. I feel personally if someone has determination he can do that and I am on this mission now a days and Insha'Allah I will complete till end of this week. Please Pray for me. Ameen

Actually security/criminality checks commences when medical received to VO. They'd verify from everywhere you lived 6 months or more.
