They should have sent the MR, they first wanna be sure about the pending applicants' police records.
they are very much suspicious about applicants' criminal records since applicants sent their 1st PCC with full docs to their CHC's.

In my case they only asked RPRF, updated forms, PCC & two recent photos of my 2 years old daughter. No POF and no photos of PA & Spouse.

asking for RPRF means the PVA has been done and the MR will be the next step. If they had been suspicious, they would not have asked for the RPRF.

Well District is not Lahore it East South West n Central Part of Lahore. so i think it means in which part of Lahore Rose Town is located.

if u have lived on different addresses in lahore, which comes under different police stations, then u may need more.
