Nothing new...same as old....waiting. I inquired VO and they replied that your case/file is ON Hold......what the hek they are upto no one can say anything about it.

the Visa officer with the initials LBM is too slow as in my 2nd case specific enquiry i got the response that my case is pending review.

Im also April 16, 2009 applicant and sitll waiting for MR
you should to contact the VO regarding your file as i did
my file is currenty underging secuity checks, which is the 2nd part of B/G checks

Thanks for taking out time to reply to my query.... I sent London visa office a case specific email and they replied back something which I did not ask for. It seems like the people sitting in the visa office lack in English proficiency to be able to answer our questions in due course with any comprehension. Has this happened to anybody else or am I the only person?

I request all to post your timelines here. We should share information with eachother to pass this long agonising waiting period.

Doc Submit = Jul 19, 2010.
2nd AOR = August 4, 2010
NOC = 4131
Medical Request = Waiting

Hey my application status is about the same as yours. Could you tell me well if you have any information as to when we are expected to get any response for medical. It say the following:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 1, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 13, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 20, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"

and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012.

Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.

Hope above information is a Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.
