Sorry to say you in most case DM before MR = Rejection

But this "Decision Made line" is mentioned, when i got my first AOR. In first AOR they have asked for further documents. Outside my ecase is still "In Process". If it is rejection then it should also be "Decision Made" outside.

CHC did not send me any rejection letter as it is appearing from last one year. CHC neither sent any email or any letter to me with regrds to rejection.

Urgent reply is requested from other members also.

It could be a system glitch. You should email to VO to clarify this. Below is the email address of London:-

May be it is system bug, but i would suggest you to contact the VO via email (london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca)
asking about the current status of your file

One of my relative did it with standard chartered bank. They deposited the draft in his personal account and after verification from Canadian bank amount came in his account. The bank will charge Rs 1000/- to Rs 1500/- for encashment of draft. No need to open foreign currency a/c for this purpose. You may check it with other banks or dollar east also.

This is year slowest time due to Christmas/new year. You may expect anything after mid of Jan 2012. Have you received documents update request? If not then you might first get that before MR.
