To Staralihaider,

I got same reply a week back. How long 2004 applicants
will wait..... no idea.

Can somebody help me to understand that:

On our status why is this line written twice with diff. dates??

"We transferred your application to the London England Office on March 2, 2010.
The London Off may contact you.

We transferred your application to the London Office on July 27, 2010.
The London Off may contact you."

1). My husband changed the Office Address, is that the reason??

2). We are March Applicant or July??

3). MR after 2yrs => frm Mar or frm Jul??

Kindly reply...

JazakAllah.

I am not the expert but as i am also facing with the same situation.
In your case March 2, 2010 represent the date when the CIC transferred your case to ISb.
and July 27, 2010 show your file was transferred from ISb to London VO.

The 1st date indicates transfer of documents from CIO,sydney (after primary eligibility)to your concerned CHC
The 2nd date indicates transfer of documents from CHC Isd to CHC London

I think March and july is not the issue ,documents submission date i.e 2nd AOR is the date of your case .However in the broad term you are Pre-June applicnat .I hope it may help you .

I think it is a red flag for your own helath but as for as canadian immigration are concerned it will not create a problem for you, because CIC clearly state that those applicant will not be accepted if that person’s health:

1 ) Is a danger to public health or safety or
2 ) would cause excessive demand on health or social services in Canada.
