Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

Hi Everyone,

Just wana share that By the grace of GOD today i received PPR1 via email. There is one little confusion for which i need seniors advice, as in the letter they sent its written:

Submit the documents listed below to our office in London.
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The
passports must meet the Passport Specifications on page 2 of this letter because these are the passports you will use to travel to Canada.
2. The Updated Information Chart on page 3 fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these three items within 45 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this byemail).

As u can see above they had mentioned two documents to be submitted passport copies and info charts.
but at the end the have written submit these three items within 45 days where as the items mentioned are two.

do u guys think they forgot to write photo graphs, shall i send photographs too if yes what are the size and background required for the photographs.

Congrats!.... You have to submit the below 3 items.

1- Passport copies of all family members.
2- The PPR-1 letter which you received by email.
3- Updated Information Chart.

No. I guess in May we might get some update about MR.

Today i check eCAS and i found the following:

We received your application for permanent residence on August 28, 2011.

we started processing your Application on April 15, 2012.


Please i need to know what this means?

If everything is ok then you will receive MR with in 15 days or they can ask for additional documents, what is your timeline ?

usually they request for passport copies, updated information chart, and 2 recent photos of all with PPR. they affix the new photos on your COPR forms (confirmation of permanent residence) that you receive along with your PR visas. in my case, these are the three things they referred to. however, you can submit only what's been requested.

TO ME IT IS A POSITIVE SIGN. I THINK AFTER THE REVIEW OF YOUR FILE BY IO, YOU WILL GET MR IF EVERY THING IS IN ORDER.
MY FILE IS ALSO UNDER THE BC CHECKS FROM SINCE, AUGUST 2011, WHICH MEANS THAT 9 MONTHS ARE GOING TO COMPLETE, NO MR YET. COULD YOU PLZ TELL ME WHEN YOUR BC CHECKS WERE STARTED AND WHEN YOU RECEIVED THE REPLY OF YOUR QUERY THAT YOUR FILE IS WAITING THE REVIEW OF AN IO.

Dear All;

For the last 8 months, in reply to my queries I have been receiving the same reply from CHC London that

" YOUR APPLICATION IS AWAITING THE RESULTS OF ROUTINE BACK GROUND CHECKS"


However in reply to my recent query they replied that

" YOUR APPLICATION IS AWAITING THE REVIEW OF AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER"



Any comments / or like experience ?
