they would return probably sometime later but surely you will get that back, for now i believe you would have scanned the nikah nama before sending to CHC, so print that off and visit concerned Union council of your area where the nikah was registered, good chance for you to marry again as babe's would consider you lonely and only - coz no proof at the moment ;D if the molvi sb who performed registration of ur nikah was engaged by the bhabi side then see him at ur earliast if he is still alive and reachble, ask him to provide you the duplicat copy,

Dear You can ask them by email that they have not returned your original nikkah nama and if you will get it back in future ?. I think they might have lost it or misplaced while returning your other original documents.
