You all might already be aware, just sharing fyi.

Processing time for ISB VO at CA official web site has been set to NIL
&
Processing time for UK VO at CA official web site has been set to 10 (months).

Can you please paste the link here becz as per cic it is 27 months for both offices

Yesterday i received email from London office requesting following documents within 60 days;

- New Schedule A/Background Declaration form
- Updated Police Certificates for me & dependent over 18
- Proof of settlement funds.

It also states to provide "explanation regarding any large deposits"

But much awaited Medical has not been received moreover no change on my Ecas.

Please advise where i stand now? Should i expect MR prior or after submitting updated docs?

My timeline is as under;

Initial application for permanent residence on July 7, 2009.
Received recommendation on September 1, 2009.
Full application submitted to Islamabad office on December 22, 2009
Application transferred to the London England office on June 30, 2010

My case changed to "In Process" on March 31, 2011 and applied under 0111.

You do not need to be worried about this. they will send you the MR after receiving the requested documents and especially if your bank account history is smooth. Try to submit the bank statement 90 days old, and in case of, large deposits in last 90 days, explain the source of the amount. do not worry

Just prepare the documents and bank statement. Considering your timeline, I think you will get MR soon after the submission of updated documents to CHC.

Just prepare the documents and bank statement. Considering your timeline, I think you will get MR soon after the submission of updated documents to CHC.

You do not need to be worried about this. they will send you the MR after receiving the requested documents and especially if your bank account history is smooth. Try to submit the bank statement 90 days old, and in case of, large deposits in last 90 days, explain the source of the amount. do not worry

you may get MR and visa under the new quota set for 2012.

In certain cases, MR gets delayed probably due to prolonged background checks. However, the general trend is that one gets the MR within 3 ~ 4 months of submission of updated documents.

In other cases, CHC issues MR while asking for updated documents as well. In my case, I have been asked to submit updated documents along with medical examination.

So one cant be really sure about the policy of CHC in dealing similar cases.

Its always best to submit the bank statement..three or six months old.
