I am annoyed on the following points with DMP supporting staff;
1- fisrt they gave me tracking number which was wrong,they said try after two days. Again no success as it was wrong number. then they gave me a mobile number to talk to. His cell was off. I tried next day.Bingo, he received my call. and said to me send him the msg. I did. and I received no reply from him for about 40 mins. Then i called him back,he said to me that he will sms me the number when he is in office and he is on his way to his office. Then after an hour I again called, he said the boy has placed the number somewhere and the boy is gone now, and the previous number was changed and upon my asking he said call me after two days at 4pm then i'll give you the number........O my Gosh.......so many excuses.......and hence VERY POOOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE...........
2- they did not give me any receipt or any proof that I got my medical done from them...........
I am sorry...that i am looking frustrated ............and that's why i'm sharing here that no1 else should be in situation like me.... ...
I wish every1 to have smooth processing....
