As i received my all orignal documents on 14 November, after that i email to the VO about the stautus my case, today i received a reply from VO as below

Background checks remain outstanding and may take some months to complete
I would like to comments on the statement made by VO from some experience personal

As I mentioned earlier that your education background checks might have completed that's why VO returned original docs. But the rest of background checks including [POF, work verification, adaptability, etc] yet to complete that's why they stated that Background checks remain outstanding. I would urge you to check the following thread to understand background & security check.

technically The Guardian / parents , but in your case as bieng the father , it would better be you if your are the prinicpal applicant

wait till end of 2012, our cases will be opened after completion of 2011 , 2010 then .... 2009

What does it mean??? We had email in Aug-2010 with the file no. so do we expect MR in or after July-2012?? plss reply in detail...JazakAllah.
