Also need to include 4 pictures (same specs as of PR card) because i asked them over email and VO asked for photographs as well, don't forgot to put the date stamp at the back of picture (date it was taken).

By sending pictures with all the required documents they will send the Medical request form for baby directly, else in second request you need to send the photographs any way.

Immediately intimate CIC after the birth of new born.
CIC would normally take 15 to 20 days to respond back. Max. time to reply is 28 days.

Meanwhile prepare the following docs:-
1- Apply for birth certificate at concerned Union council [Nadra].
2- After receiving BC go for CRC [Child reg. certificate].
3- After getting CRC apply for passport [Better to go for urgent passport in 7 days].
4- 4 CIC specified photographs.
5- Demand Draft of 150$ fee.
6- Amended forms. Mentioned at the end.
7- Cover letter
8- Copy of passport
9- Notarized copy of Birth certificate
10-Notarized Copy of CRC.

If you hav'nt passed any remineder to London VO yet, It may work but repeatedly pinging VO trough emails may leave bad impression. Wait for three to four months more and hopefully you will see things moving. Dont lose patience !
In the meantime ''eat well and sleep well''
