What I ahve concluded that after an average processing time elapsed,one shall rotate his/her query. In my case the average processing time is 12 months as per the 2nd AOR so i am required to contact VO after 12th month. Please confirm if we all on the same page !
What in short, I believe that floating queries before time advised may leave us with unattended response from VO and thats what I feel happening these days with our frinds not complying with the instructions prescribed by the concerned VO - any comments?

Is it 12 months or 8 months as stated in your 2nd AOR?

Yes Pittabread i was told to raise query after 8 months if no one gets back to me from VO,but for me the average processing time to my category is 12 months - this is what i found printed on my 2nd AOR.Please note that the the processing time starts from the day 2nd AOR was dispatched (from the date of letter issued from London VO) that means I will be able to rotate query in coming August 1st week as by that time 12months would be over for me to stand up.

Oh yes dear to satisfy yourself you can say that....There are no hard and fix rules... some people getting visa in 8 or 9 months and for some its taking ages.......What even after an year you don't get any response to your quereis??

You are saying after 8 months you need to send them a query but you are also saying that your case takes 12 months on average... So you or they should be saying instead that you should raise query after 12 months and not 8 months..Is that right?

I tell you one more thing from my experience that they don't mostly answer to case specific enquiries sent through web form but they do answer to emails sent to

London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

What the website saying is NO reply should we expect until AVERAGE PROCESSING TIMES elapsed, keeping 8months aside that means somwhere contradiction exists between 2nd AOR txt and instructions on web but is not that much big deal. I was just behind the raeson of why VO not replying the way we expect them and now have come up with the end result that we shouldnt be impatient and follow what the web saying as I ahvent seen yet VO backing out at any point. I have never been optimistic but above based on reality and is referenced...So lets stay optimistic.

Dear Friends, we received Medical report forms, Letter of instruction of Arranging Medical Examinations and Letter of Document Check List but did not received any Reply Label for Submission the RPRF. Please advise me, on which address I should send the RPRF.Please do urgent reply.
