Hi,

after reading Dr. Shohail's post about blood relation points and got rejection. i also claimed blood relation points of my uncle but actually he is now living in America..i have submitted all his documents like tax paper, liviing in canada proof, his pp etc etc..


kindly tell me what should i do now.

If all the documents u provided were genuine, then i don't think u have a problem...a friend of mine also claimed points for his relative...he got PER in March 2011 and got his Med request today....so its a positive sign !!!...Just have faith in Allah !!! Inshallah all should be fine.....

My friend isnt on the sheet...but I believe that the London VO is processing cases in priority to less applications received per NOC, which means that 1122 or 0631 and any other NOC that reached the cap...will most probably be processed a little slower....my friend was a social worker and the cap was not even met.....so my assumption is that the lower the application in a NOC...the quicker it will get processed....but Inshallah....our time will also come...just need to have faith in Allah !!!!!!!

I received a letter from London last year dated 15th Sept 2010 (after they have received my full documents) and after that I have not heard from them. Though the letter said to contact if not heard for 8 months, it has been almost an year now and I have not heard from them yet .. also in the meantime my son is born and I need to notify them of his birth.

I just need to know what to do now..

Can anyone please tell me how to inform London office of any birth in the family?

when rules changed in June 2010 they clearly mentioned that cases will be processed on first come first served bases......... no mentioning of any NOC priority or anything...... we were competing with the whole world .........

but im really happy for all those Pakistanis who have got their MR ....... Inshallah hamari bari bhi aa hi jaiye gi.......but logic ???????

The only problem is that most of the people just come here and read stuff and leave...they r not into sharing...but i'm trying to keep this thread and tracker alive and updated....at times I am away from the forum cos of work...but I try to check daily and update it when I can...I hope more people would share their details and would help each other here !!!

Have you seen any Pakistani post 26th June 2010 applicant who has got medical request? i have not. i wounder y is that?

when we applied we thought there would be a separate queue for us but it seems its nothing like that.

as for my case, we applied on 3rd September and our Estatus is now In process. it recently changed to in process from decision made (there is a story behind it)

we got our first PER on 22nd December 2010 and second on 26th July 2011. they have asked us to submit the PCCs.

you can update the excel sheet if u like.

NOC is 1122

we live in Rawalpindi

PCC were requested in their email dated 26th July...... we had not submit PCCs with application in September 2010.

they called and i had to pay 1300 to get the docs from their office
