Dear frnds I am a resident of Saudi arabia. i applied two years back, and the employer created a doubt in my case by sending a letter to VO against me that I am a fraud and submitted fake docs. Now according to my CAIPS notes, job verification will be done again. Wat u guys think, can Field inquiry or third party inquiry will be done apart from calling or contacting my employer? Is it possible in Saudia that some one from Canadian High commision or consulate or LVO visit my employer or company? Your suggestions are needed.

Dear all,

My case has been pending since long (as you can see my timeline) and I was asked to provide updated documents in August 2012 and 4 months time was asked from me that time. However, after completing 4 months time with no updates I sent LVO a CSE for which they replied

"I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file.

Regards

A week ago I sent another CSE and this time I got following reply

"We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

Can anyone tell me what is going on? Anyone who faced similar situation? Have I cleared eligibility stage? Please note that I have not received medicals request yet.

I have similar siturtion. I received same reply from cse. Only diffrwnce is my med don in june 2012. One month left in expirey of med.

My case was at ADVO and got correspondance emails from there after interview. Now when i raise CSE i sent to LVO , 40 days have gone by and still no reply.

Raised another yesterday !

Shall i be sending CSE to ADVO ? my consultant keep on insisting to send to LVO ... but i have my doubts !

Send it to AVO, my friend got interviewed there, and did the same.. he got response from Abudhabi Vo.

Application received at CIO on 17 June 2009,

Complete Application Package received by VO Islamabad in December 2009,

Application transferred to VO London on 30 June 2010,

Application reviewed and processing started at VO London on 24 January 2012.

It's almost 16 months now so when should I expect the medical request?

Isn't it late?

Call it co incidence or what .. I have noticed Female Principal Applicants got RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE payment request directly, which is usually part of PPR1 !

What do u say seniors ?

No this is not the case. I am a male PA and I got RPRF with MR.
