Dear Friend,

Me and My spouse have taken appointment for medical examination From IOM Karachi. I inquired today from them that where they send the medical reports they said India New Delhi and from their they will forward to London VO but in medical instructions letter it is clearly written the address of London Visa Office. Pls friends confirm me is it correct to do medical from IOM Karachi. I am a MPNP applicant with my spouse, Provincial Nominee in Economic Class. When it will reach to London VO. They said they will provide Tracking Number but if they send to India it can only be tracked till India and not London VO. How much time it takes for the medical reports to reach London VO. And do the New Delhi office updates the Ecas that medical results are received.

And also let me know hows the experience in IOM Karachi.

Need your valuable suggestions.

Thanks.

Dear Twisties12,

Presently in Karachi IOM is only option for undertaking the medical examination. The Dr. Rohina Sattar is barred by CHC for some period probably due to some issues. Yes, IOM sends the medical results to New Dehli and tracking # they issue tracks the transmission of results upto New Dehli only. IOM does not confirm how and when the results are forwarded to London Visa Office from New Dehli. However, IOM experience of senior members is quite satisfactory and I haven't noticed anything alarming about IOM.

Go ahead buddy.

Best Regards,

Salam

Any one of you or your relatives from Pakistan passed medicals despite having Hepatitis C?? Is the history of Hep c is something i should be worried about?

As there are already too many threads, its becoming very difficult to follow all of them. I just thought I'd try to make one place where we can share our time-lines and will help us in predicting further timelines !!!!!!

If we share here, we can turn it into excel format and help not only this category (26/6/10 to 30/6/11), but the current ones too.....

Dear Friend,

Need your valuable reply. Me and my spouse did our medicals this 15th October. I was sure that nothing is wrong with both of us. But the next day i received a call from DMP and they told me my chest xray is not clear and therefore i have to do Sputum Test for 3 days from them. My Spouse test are all ok. Today i went and did my first day. I tried my best to extract from my chest/lungs by coughing as they told me. I noticed it was normal. As it was like saliva and some of white spots in it. I asked the doctor is this sample ok and he said it is ok.

Now please tell me will my process (i pray not to) gets delayed or not. And what could be wrong in me. And most importantly what they check in Sputum. One thing i liked about the dmp is that they immediately informed me that i need to do Sputum for 3 days. Otherwise if they would have send the reports and then the visa office tells me then i go again and do sputum then it reaches visa office, this would have become a very long and lengthy process.

Is there any thing to worry about.

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks.

Dear Members,

Need your advise. We did our medicals from IOM. All will be done smoothly INSHAHALLAH. And waiting for the tracking No. Want to ask you that i received CIC letter for the medicals only they did not asked for any more additional or updated documents (those i sent earlier). But in the letter it is written that when reply please enclose this letter or its photcopy with your documents. But when i went for the medicals they only checked our Section A forms asked for Passports, Pics etc. Today also i called IOM and asked them about this when i asked them in general they said its needed. But when i told them that when i went for the medicals your representative didnt asked for the letter only forms and other requirements then they said its OK. There will be no issue. Also they checked my record and said all things are ok (Documents).

Do i need to send this letter separately to London VO or not. Because they have only asked for medicals in it. And as you know medicals are sent by the DMPs and not us. If they dont require this letter. Its Ok not to send it separately.

Need your valuable suggestions.

Thanks

Hi!

Don't worry about it. That letter P103 only contains your file no..EXXXXX and that file no is also written on Medical report form IMM1017 so you will be ok...don't worry about it. Only thing if you have already sent RPRF you should have included copy of that letter P103 and photo copy of receipt you got for medicals from your DMP. Thanks
