Your file is currently undergoing basckground checks. We will contact you once that is completed



and this is the reply received today in response to CSI sent on 7th March 2012. I am worried what kind of BC they are doing which is not completed even after so many month, can anyone suggest wats going on and when possibily I received MR .

"We received your application for permanent residence on September 8, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 17, 2011"


It is important to mention that on 14 Jul,2011 I received mail from London VO for submitting updated police certificates for the following:

•Principal applicant: Pakistan
•Spouse/Common-Law Partner: Pakistan
the required certificates send through DHL on 16th Aug,2011 (received at VO on 18th Aug,2011).
Afterward, Documents/request for addition of baby sent n reached London VO, on 16-12-2011.(Baby BD encashed on 11-01-2012)since then waiting for MR.

I have recieved a letter mentioned visa issuence:

With due respect and warm regards,
I have received a letter, mentioned visa issuance process it included Name and second name date of birth / height and eye color ….. And they asked for passports with photos I prepared only my own passport because my spouse and children don’t have passports and Tazkiras also I mentioned in extra page and sent to the Canadian high commission/visa section. Now my question is, will they prepare some travel documents for us? And let me know the visa processing time ?
I am very thankful.
