We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Howcome my ecas status is "In Process" usually at this stage the status is "CIO eligibility review complete" right??

it is really frustrating..my status is RVO since Feb,11....i do not what is happening there...i can understand ur feeling coming to canada...

It should change in a few days...congrats on ur PER!!

im going for medical next week do pray for me.....
plz all of u check expiry date on ur passports because when i saw my husband's passport,amazingly its going to expire on 12th oct out of no where, got so irritated,hehehe however applied for renewal,inshaALLAH Will hav it in hand on 13th,actually some of the forum member told me that we need to attach fotocopies of passport along with medical n also hav to take the originals with us, so i thought to make a new one and then go for medical,although doctor gave us time to come on 10th of oct, but i thot that we should go with a new pass port of husband,will not affect if we get late for three four days.........i did right na??????

My advice is to take old passport with you, so that the passport Number matches the one on file, use old one for medicals, (at least I would do that), preferably before its expiry date.

Then write a cover letter to Visa Office and send copy of New Passport, along with your RPRF.

I would be doing Meds quick :D (MY OPINION).

You are welcome. Basically Passport is ID (number etc). There is no harm or problem in doing your medicals with the old one. And also you are updating the Visa Office as well. Not a big problem.
