I am new at this forum and saw very useful information here. I need advice from friends here. My status changed to in-process in feb 2012 and same till yet. I recently received a letter from CHC London in which they asked for updated docs along with original degrees and transcripts in 60 days. Did they ask it from any of my friends here. I am confused whether I should send the original degrees and transcripts of all education (matric, Intermediate, Bachelors and Masters). Also please advise if it has to be in university sealed envelopes or just normal envelope. They have not mentioned anything about it in their requirements but I wonder what should I do? Please share your experience and was anyone asked about it.

If they have asked for originals then do send originals....if they have mentioned "University sealed envelope" only then u should do it.....I did not send university sealed at all....in fact not even originals....

Average processing time?? I don't think anyone can answer that...cos it varies too much....I have friends who sent their application before me and they r still RBVO...and others who have done meds before me and some after me...some MI-2 and some MI-3....still waiting...so I don't think one can guess on it...

Chances of refusal will be there till the day you get ur visa stamped....so be mentally prepared for it....but if all docs are up to date and as per CIC's requirements...then there shouldnt be any problems...Inshallah...

MI-2 applicants sent their applications to CIO Nova Scotia and got PER from there...

Inshallah...all pending MI1, MI2 and MI3 should be processing very very quickly now....

BTW....what MI have u applied under and what is ur current status??

you know any applicant of MI2 who got refusal after PER, why applicants are still RBVO who applied before you , due to BGC or any other reason ?

Haven't heard of any case that got refusal after PER....and have no idea whatsoever why a lot of applications are still RBVO.....BGC could be one of the reasons........What is ur current status...??

Congratulations on finally receiving your PPR 2!!!! this really is the time that u have been waiting for two years or so, so do enjoy this moment!!!
well as for me, i m still waiting for MR.. (
however, i did receive arequest from CIC to send them the updated Schedule A and new photographs in June which i have sent already.. they gave me 30 days to send them, so do u think may be they'll review it on the 30th day and may be i can get the MR soon after the 30th day?
well again congratulations to u.. so when r u planning to move and where??
