first AOR : Feb 2010
Documents submit: May 2012
status changed to in process from RBVO: June 2011
got refusal letter and Ecas status chnage to DM with processing date: March 2012 (miscalculation on educational points)
reconsideration letter sent to CHC LONDON: April 2012
got approval on reconsideration : 13 june 2012
and today Ecas status changed to "in process" from DM

Dear Form Member PA5510N,

Please guide me whom you sent the letter as today After the long disappearance of my Ecase, I have received the refusal letter saying that I have got insufficient points i.e.65

clearly there is a mistake in point calculation they have not given any point of my spouse education.

Besides that they have not given me full points of education 22- instead of 25 (As I have done my MS after Masters degree which is a qualifying degree towards PHD and is equivalent to 17 years of education)


Please Advice whom to write letter and what to be written in it

Waiting for your response as I need to act quickly before they send my file back
