You are right , Canadian take Pakistan's master equal to their bachelor. only MBBS, Bachelor in Engineering are considered as four year degrees, our Bcom, Bsc are not considered as Bachelor, even some universities do not accept our four year BBA, Bsc as equal to their four year bachelor.

exactly. Its hard fate to even convince them to consider this combination of degrees being equivalent to four years BS degree. Simply this concept is taken as weird; having BS from two different universities with different marking system and different rankings though. Even Punjab university doesn't bother to write two years period on their BSc pass course transcript. It was a great problem..
