If you don't need your passport then you should wait. If you have got admission in another country and want to apply for visa there then you can withdraw.

You can do two things while you are waiting.
1. Apply to a good university in a good course (in Canada)
2. Apply to other country such as Australia or New Zeeland etc.

CHC ISB is working now a days.......but only for universities cases........i think after university cases they start work for college's applicants......
Hope for the best......

if you know your case is not strong because of bogus college , course or what ever you should withdraw don't give them a chance to put refusal stamp , ( thats what i think)

Brother,
we are on same boat,but the truth is this chc didn't issue a single visa to college students.i am waiting since feb 2012.But we have only trust on Allah.If the canada is our destiny then no one will stop us,but if some thing is better other than canada then its good for our future.

its better to withdraw now....they have started responding to college students but only with refusals.....few received refusals within 2 days
