Hello!

My occupation "psychologist" ist still on the list and I answer to all necessary criteria except for one and that is work experience

I have started working as a licensed psychologist outside of Canada as of September 2011 and will continue in my position until March 2012. I work 21 hours a week

During my studies I worked for 10 hours a week in different workplaces (three months in one place andother two months in another and so on). My work was paid but since at that time I was still a student in 2009 I was wondering whether this could count as valid work experience

thanks!

If the work experience was an internship training then it will count under your educational period and not under work experience.

Any help please reply to the post.

Hi!

thanks for your answer.

No it wasn't an internship (I didn't get any salary for my internships). I was working as a student assistant helping out with some research projects at a private institute as well as at a university I was studying at

It can be counted.
But they require that the first year should be coutinuous. Wonder if your exprience meets.

In that case it can be counted; however it should be a skilled job.
