Paid my Permanent Resident Fees - what next ?

Hi I had applied for my Skilled Worker category in Buffalo. I had sent all of my documents initially along with my FBI and Police clearances. I received a request asking me to send in my Permanent Residence Fees, :: I sent the Permanent Residence Fees as per their request,

Could anyone let me know what is likely to happen next ?

Medicals May 06
Medicals completed Aug 06
ROLF Request : Sep 06

Dont remember the exact dates, what happens next ?
