it takes time for them to approve your profile too - i.e. once you complete your registration you still won't be able to view and apply for internships unless they contact you for a skype interview first to validate your "job readiness". that last step can take sometime too..so better complete your registration the soonestmazamilam said:Hello All,
I have made an account with CareerEdge a few months back but I have not been able to complete the setup yet. Call me lazy. But reading a few good experiences from you folks, makes me want to complete this soon. I'll finish it during my weekend, Inshallah.
Looking for new opportunities.
Thank you for that information. I'll be sure to get it done as soon as possible.emamabd said:it takes time for them to approve your profile too - i.e. once you complete your registration you still won't be able to view and apply for internships unless they contact you for a skype interview first to validate your "job readiness". that last step can take sometime too..so better complete your registration the soonest

What have you got to lose for applying? It's a great way to launch your career if you have been in Canada for less than 3 years then you are eligible to apply for the internship program.
You don't need a Canada degree as your degree from your home country is enough and once you get through the interview screening they send you a link that you visit to assess your qualifications to see if it is recognized in Canada.
I Landed in Canada mid last year got my first job which was a Internship through Career Edge and that was for the Government which I landed a permanent position if anyone knows its ridiculously hard to land even a contract in the government. So a internship is a bonus because it's a great way to launch your career and get "Canadian Experience".
sir
may i get your contact mail
I would highly advise anyone to apply for it as I'm truly happy that I did and I'm now living very comfortably here now. I've met a few interns while here as Career Edge recruit interns for government positions that start in July.
GO FOR IT!
why would you want to break the contract with them?RohitG said:I would like to know if you can break your contract with them. Most of the internships that I came across are for a year.
I don't have the answer...but if i were you, i would contact careeredge directly to find out.msatishxp said:Could anyone reply to my query please?
