You can work unlimited hours if you have a co- op work permit.

The co-op permit is only valid for the co-op semester.

Once the co-op semester ends abd you get you co-op credit you cannot work for more than 20 hours a week.

My internship is of 255 hr (as per my college) so can I continue my internship once my 255 hrs are over, Since i will be still in my co -op term. Is that allowed?

Your co-op work permit is tied to your program and the completion of your program. Are you working for the same employer in the same job as your internship?

Yes I am going to work at only one company through out my internship. However my co-op has my college's name as my employer. What's that mean?

Your co-op is tied to your school not the employer. A co-op job is to fulfill your graduation requirements. Talk to your school.
