I didn't bother with page numbers. I just prepared a document listing all the supporting evidence...the VO should be able to flip through each one, referencing the list, and that's it.
I made sure it was all very straightforward to make things easier on the VO...

I did put page numbers on our email list and chat list as we printed both sides of the page and 4 original pages on 1 sheet of paper. Will be less confusing if the papers get out of order to reorder them. Other than that a special list showing all documents was used.
