Hooooo my God . This unconditional PAFSO strike action spoiled our dreams. Our passports are in NDVO CHC since almost 1 year and Medicals expires in few more day's ie on September 8'th 2013. No replies for any quires too, Don't know what to do in this situation apart from that it seems PAFSO strike may extend Upto another 6 months since choice of an appeal is open for Treasury Board aswellas PAFSO if the Labor Board decision is not satisfactory ........But I beleive still miracles may happen unexpectedly

Hello Friends
Its again bad thing that Fall session is going in October now according to the statement of Canada`s Prime Minister Harper.
So we have to wait one month more for the BACK TO WORK LEGISLATION because the strike issue cant be resolved without it as we seen from last months Govt of Canada if not in the mood to fulfill the demands of PAFSO.
This is that worst dream for us that is going long and long
But i know morning will comes soon

When this decision will come.
Last year i believed that Canadian have not concern for others as they refuse 2,80000 applications.
But now it shows that they havt concern about their own people and country.
So Bad that i have waste my 3.5 years in waiting

Same here and our application has been on queue since May 13th but when the strike was full blown by June, our application was put on hold.
We hope that everything will be ok soon...

PSLRB says a decision regarding PAFSO - APASE case will be issued in "due course." And did not specify exact timeline.
