Its almost a week now after the hearing.... why there is no urgency from the labor board to issue their decision so that future actions be decided by the parties involved?

Now they also want to play along and delay things further for so called Fast Track Process. I think no one is seriously interested in resolving the matter....!!!!

Probablly they take a year to finalize each step....

in my case....

2010 - First AOR
2011 - Second AOR
2012 - In Process
2013 - Medicals
2014 - Visa....May be...!!!!

Pathetic speed of doing work.... perhaps they should issue us visa and then employ us in their visa departments so that we WORK....

Government is not interested to listen to the PAFSO. Applicants (especially students) should ask their own government to pressure the Canadian government to solve the issue.

A week after PSLRB heard PAFSO's bad-faith bargaining case against Treasury Board, still no decision from adjudicator

PAFSO says PSLRB will give them a 24-hour notice before the adjudicator issues its decision

So this means the #dipstrike continues until either PSLRB forces parties to enter arbitration or parties come to an agreement

VFS Service refers to the VFS Centers in various Cities of India. These Centers facilitate processing of Visas. Please check the VFS Center closest to your place of residence and contact them.
