Hope everything will come out good. :) :) :)

As far as I know, my visa office has been working during the whole time, I got ME about 2 weeks ago, and I after I sent out my documents I notified the office with a couple of questions last week, and got response from them 3 days later.

PAFSO lawyer: union members perform same job as economists, lawyers, etc in other unions. Only diff. - PAFSO members rotate jobs

This is the first time PAFSO has gone to the PSLRB. Last contract negotiation round, there was threat of back-to-work leg
For those of you wondering about a decision today, don't get your hopes up. This is just hearing stage - no set end date # dipstrike
PAFSO expects the hearing will be over in one or two days. PSLRB likely issue written decision within a week after end of hearing

Right now, we don't have a hint on when but hopefully soon...
With the pressure on PM Harper mounting and economic losses filing up, we might see the end of a strike really soon...

On one hand Treasury Board may take weeks time to make written decision and on the other hand Tim Edwards is adamant and expresses “If a decision is made that there was bad faith bargaining, but [the board] doesn't compel us or order us into binding arbitration, or if [the board] doesn't find that there’s bad faith bargaining, the strike is still on” . Meantime, PM Mr. Harper is going to defer Fall Parliament session on October, which was the only legal body, could bring back to PAFSO into work.
Frustrating moments.

Still any idea how long it take
Coz written decision can come end of this week

Guys

These people are shitting us. They are stubborn and egoistic people. Remember a politician is a politician whether it is an asian country or an american.

People have started getting meds and pp back. I know it is still slow but it will be a bit quicker as student visas season is almost over. I would rather wait patiently for my pp back thn to frustrate myself over pafso strike.
