Hi there!

I am currently in the process of preparing my application package to bring my husband from Morocco to Canada. I have collected as many documentation as I can with over 150+ documents. Am I allowed to use a 3-ring binder to bind my application and supporting documents together? Or do they have to be in separate folders, slipped into one big folder divided into:

1. Sponsor's Supporting Docs
2. Sponsored Supporting Docs
3. Both Sponsor and Sponsored Docs
and any Additional Documentation

ANOTHER QUESTION: Do I...?

- also, have to provide ADDITIONAL FAMILY information as the sponsor?
- provide a police certificate
- a financial evaluation if I do not have any children? a consultant told me to provide this information but on the checklist, it is saying that if I do not have any children and or any dependent person on me, then this does not apply.
- I do not have the proper photo requirements from my husband, is he able to have his photo taken and then scan them to me, and I can print them out with paper specifically for photos?
- I am currently not working and have not been working for many months due to an accident I had encountered and stopped working for recovery. However, regardless of my recovery stage I still made an effort on my part to search for a part-time job, while living with family and having their full support. I have not applied for disabilities but I do have documents proving my injuries. I am living with my family members (in-laws) and they have convinced me to stay with them so that I can continue healing while focusing on finding a job and bringing my husband here. Due to me not working, but am planning to work and in constant search for a job, would it affect the application greatly?

Do not use a 3 ring binder. Don't use staples. Only use paperclips or other easily removable clips.
IRCC will rip your package apart, reorder it to their own internal specifications and rebind. There is no point in trying to make it "pretty".
Just put the documents in a single envelope, ordered by the checklist sequence.

Did you end up including the Financial evaluation sheet? As I'm in the same situation, no children but on the checklist it says it does not apply if you have no children and write down N/A.

Pls can someone tell me how to checkmating the checklist? Do I have to leave those ones that are not applied to me on the checklist or I should mark the numbers anyways
