Package was returned to me from CIC for 3 reasons- pls help

Hello,

Today i cried for about 1/2 hour because i received my husbands sponsorship package in the mail with a letter stating these three as the reasons, pls help me make sure i have the right docs, cause this process is costing me an arm and a leg and my health!

1. Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship agreement abd Undertaking (IMM 1344 02/2012)-i used IMM1344 11-2011, THE ONE I PRINTED TODAY IS IMM1344 07-2012 IS THIS OKAY.....

2. Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008 02/2012) I SENT IMM0008 (08-2011)THE ONE I PRINTED TODAY IS IMM0008 07/2012, IS THIS OKAY....

3.Schedule A (IMM5669 07-2011)- as opposed to IMM008 Schedule 1 (if applicable).... huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhI SENT IMM5669 07-2011

THEY ALSO FORGOT TO SEND ME BACK MY HUSBANDS 8 FOTOS, NOW, DO I REDO THESE FOTOS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT GOING TO MATCH THE FOTO THAT IS ON THE MEDICAL RECEIPT.....

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same experience as you but I do not have a choice but to redo everything,after redoing all
finally I sent it a month after they returned my 1st application.Right now I received my AOR..so don't get sad that is part only of the trials when processing papers,just do it again but this time check evrything several times to make sure all are correct...don't lose hope...everything will be fine..Goodluck

I'm sorry to hear this.
The latest forms should be fine, even though the dates are later than the ones they specify. You could include a note saying you used the latest forms on the CIC website if you're worried.
As for the photos, I'm not sure. To be safe, I would just send another set.

Seems to me you just had the old forms... make sure to validate them or the ones that need it... were you given a UCI# on the cover letter they sent you?

double check for the photos inside the envelope they sent you back. I had my package returned and couldn't locate the photos at first, but after going to all and every sheet of paper, I found the pictures attached with a paper clip to the back of one of the documents that was not related to any of the forms. If you still cannot find them I'd recommend to get new photos and send them again.

Good luck and cheer up, the process is stressful and frustrating but take a deep breath, send the response as they require and wait, you'll see that the effort is worth it.

dont let it get to you......You will need a 'thick skin'' but it will work out for you eventually.

Please don't forget to check and re-check your return for an application number or UCI number so you can reference that number when sending back...that will greatly speed up stage 1
