The signature does not mean the person is actually doing your papers. He or she sits in an office signing all day and then distribution begins..

Hes only works at the reception collecting couriers.. Lots of applications including FSWP, FTWP,Inland Applications, Citizenship Applications go to him. He sorts out the mail at the receptions and forwards it to the correct department responsible for processing that application.

No body can boost up anybody's timing process and they follow the FIFO rule
