P.R. status application recieved help

Hi guys Im sponsoring my wife to Canada and our status online at this time is (P.R. application: application received on Aug.8,2013) and i received a letter from cic on Sep.3,2013.Up to now i have not receive any news yet from cic, But i have a friend that submitted his sponsorship application a month after i submitted mine and his status right after they received his application was (P.R. application: 1.application received 2. medical exam received).My question is how come he has different status than i do?why is that cic did not even mention on my status that they have received my wife medical exam?cause for sure it was on the package. Im hoping that there is no problem with our application.

Do you have the same visa office? The only reason I could think of is that, your medical facility hasnt turned in the results yet. Even if you have included the confirmation from your medical facility on your application, it doesn't necessarily mean that they already have received your medical results too.

yes we do have the same visa office and my wife medical facility is St.lukes in quezon city.So it means that the medical facility might have contributed to this delay? mmmm that make sense.

Did you say Quezon City? Because the only accredited medical facility for the Philippines is St Lukes Extension Clinic in UN Ave and St Lukes in Bonifacio Global City.

Oh. Manila VO. Hmm. You might want to contact St Lukes for that. If they tell you that they already have sent the results, send an email to Canadian Embassy Manila.

What am i going to tell the embassy..? My wife told me that they sent it already 10 days post medical exam.

Just follow up on it, just to make sure it isnt lost or anything. Indicate the dates too.
