P.R.Card renewal application process

Hi Every one,
I am living in India and have a P. R. of Canada which is expiring on November-2017.
I lived in Canada about 180 days only, but obligations is 730 days to live physically in Canada.Can I enter in Canada before expiry of P.R. card and apply for that from Canada. Can I get renewal of P.R. even though I have not spent 730 days in Canada.I got P.R. in may-2012.My absence was due to ill-health of my father & wife. please guide me as early as possible. Food Processing Human Resource Council has giving me opportunity to in Canada. I have graduated from FPHRC,Canada, online from India. Thank you very much to all.

You can enter in Canada before the expiry of your PR card but will have to wait for the renewal until you fulfill residency condition of 730 days. You won't be able to re-enter with expired card.

You can return before it expires, but I would expect there is a strong possibility of being reported for not meeting RO at the POE. If you do get back in without being reported, and you attempt to renew your PR card right away, it will most likely be flagged for secondary review and a review of the RO. Don't be surprised if they start the process to revoke your PR status.
