I applied for travel document as directed by cic and now i got the same from india. Now will they give me my renewed pr card on human grounds ? How much time it will take. Shall i have to go canada to get my pr card ?

I applied for renewal while i was in canada. Then had to come india to look after my sick parents. Cic asked me now to get travel doc which i got now. Will they give me pr card now on human ground as they given me prtd on same ground.

Applied pr renewal on human grounds while i was in canada. Then had to come india. Now cic asked me to get travel document. I got it. Now what next they will do ? Will they give me pr card in india ? Or in canada ?i should wait for pr card or go canada ?pl guide.

You need to apply from Canada. That is why they issued TD. It may take more than 6 months for PR card delivery. Better to stay in Canada during that period. You need to provide Canada address for card delivery.
