P.R card please help?

You must apply for a PRTD at your local embassy. When you return to Canada you should go to the health card office and explain you have been out of the country for numerous months soon after you got your health card and you likely need to apply again. You must look at the residency requirement to qualify for healthcare in that province.
sorry for being ignorant but can u tell me if this all i need to do to open the website www.canada.ca
apply for a prtd,pay the fee do i need to print them having a proof to send in a paper when i go to send the papers at my office country and than they are saying 2 pictures ok i do and the pictures,than i copy my COPR and give them a copy of my COPR too than i copy my SIN number page and my health card and put all them together and i have to go at the bank make another payment and then i go back at the office with my papers and give them this is all i need to do?
they are saying u need a bank statement in canada which i never opened a bank account cause i didnt had a job for the 4 months that i was living there,rental agreements or employment reacoreds or pay stubs i dont have any of this cause like i said i came in canada by sponsorship and my wife is paying for all this ?u think i will get refused to get the prtd?

i understand u but what am asking is all i need is apply for prtd pay for it get proves that i have paid for it copy my sin number and my health card and my COPR paper and send them to the office this is all i need and my passport ?cause if they ask something more i dont have any other prove this is all i have
cause a lady at the office when i went to do them and ask for information at my contry office she said u dont have any other proves so propably officers of canada or immigrations will refuse u i said her am on sponsorship am not forced to open a bank when i dont have what to put on it plus to have a bank account the bank keeps money every month it is not smart to open a bank account when u dont have a job,about other things i said i came in my wife house so i dont need to have proves cause am not paying anything by the process of sponsorship by the law she have signed to be responsible for me for 3 years is not that what i want but u understand what i mean,am still hoping she to regret and take me back cause i do love her to death but she doesnt want this marriage so if she doesnt want than i should go in another city try to have a job and do my life like she is gonne do hers i swear am so disappointed and hurted,
hey hope u are doing well i just want to ask u about something,last day i paid on website 50$ and filled the form now i just have to send them at my local embassy but i see that i did a mistake,at the question when u left canada on my ticket was 27 february but they delayed my flight and i left canada next day in the morning of 28 february so in general i left canada in 28 february but when i filled this paper last day to apply for prtd i accidentally have said i left canada on 27 February u think is a problem what should i do ?
hi just wanted to let u know that today i went at my local embassy and sented my passport,copy of my passport copy of my sin number copy of my health card and the fees receipt and 2 pictures,the worker said they will call me after the embassy will bring the answer
but am worried about something else right now and i hope u can tell me what is happening cause am so stressed, i used to enter at website canada.ca where i was checking my status,and the way i was entering it was by putting my family name and my state and my application number
and was telling me your application is complete u entered in canada this day and some other informations,right now am trying again to enter the same way i was watching it before somedays now it says error your information must be wrong when is not so am getting confused what probably have happened
