I am not sure for P Eng 3 Yr US experience counts a lot unless you gain one year Canadian experience with total of atleast 4 yrs experience

Most employers would ask for if you already have or are eligible to become P. Eng. For new grad positions, it's never asked. A company doesn't need bunch of P. Eng; rather can have few who can sign and stamp documents, drawings etc. and are held accountable for the rest of life. Private companies value P. Eng more!
