OWP/SOWP COVID-19 Restriction

Hi Guys,
I have already obtained approval for my OWP and my wife's SWOP, but as COVID-19, there's a travel restriction that only allow OWP/SOWP holders with valid job offer to enter Canada.
Here's my situation, my wife (aka the SOWP holder) has obtained a valid job offer, but myself (aka the OWP holder and Main applicant) does not have any job offer yet. Assume both of us will travel together, will we be able to enter Canada with only SOWP's job offer?

No you both need job offer especially because her OWP is based on your PGWP.

No you don’t. WES has nothing to do with SOWP. Why didn’t you apply for her SOWP at the same time? She will need written authorization to travel too because you didn’t apply for your permits at the same time.

Thanks for the feedback. I had rejection previously due to home ties reason. I have excluded her on my 2nd application and decided to lodge a separate application for my spouse through SOWP. Also I have a child and can I include my child with my spouse SOWP or needs a separate application as well?
