OWP of Opt-in PGWP

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if we should wait for the actual PGWP paper/approval before applying for the OWP tied to the PGWP? Or can we use the email from IRCC to indicate that PGWP is extended until May 2024?

Also, do we have to submit the same requirements like the pay stub, NOC B job, etc and apply via the same normal process?

I have the same question. Right now I don't have any supporting documents to put for the SOWP extension. Would be great if someone could help clarify what the right procedure is.
