owp got rejected of my spouse reapplied

i am working as a cook in edmonton and i have applied owp for my wife and it got rejected the reason given was she need an lmo form hrsdc and the second reason is that the officer said that spouse in canada not satisified come under skilled labour as i am a cook come under noc level a,o, b level but i have written a cover letter and reapplied the application i am worried that this time also it will get rejected can any one give suggestion what to expect the outcome from the embassy for my spouses owp

This time Hire a immigration lawyer and take the suggestion from him.

Don't take chance by your own otherwise profile will be totally spoil .

Could you please let me know from which country did u applied and when and on which date you have got the reply.

What is the NOC code on your work permit? Did you send a copy of your work permit?

Formerly, it was 6242, see http://www30.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/english/NOC/2006/Profile.aspx?val=6&val1=6242

On the NOC matrix, you see that a cook is skilled, see http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/html/Matrix.html

If your work permit clearly states NOC 6242 or 6322, send a copy of your work permit and a copy of the NOC Matrix with cook and skill level B highlighted.

I mean to say...take the advice from experts like immigration lawyer who really dealing with this only.

Again again rejection make the bad impact on profile ..chances are getting less day by day.

As I am worried about the process I need your valuable advices as it helps in understanding the process if u can help me how to go with the further process it will be greatful
