OWP for spouse

Hello everyone,

This forum has been very helpful so far! Appreciate all your help.

I'm filling up the OWP for myself as I'm being sponsored.
I was wondering how many years is appropriate for the Duration of expected employment

Is something like 3 years too much, is 2 years better?

I believe the one you would be issued based on applying inland is for 3 years, but they just changed the rules Dec 22 so don't quote me on that.

So you are applying inland and sending in the OWP? have you spoken to anyone, is it true that they will be approving OWP within 4 months of receiving the application? My husband will be applying in January so I just want to see your experience with this?
Any help or comments from you would be great?
