Dear All.

Please help to shed a light on my situation.

I applied for PR and included my spouse as a non-accompanying dependant and got approved. When i check the eligibility requirements for OWP on IRCC website, I see that immediate family member of a permanent residence applicant who applied for PR and included them in their application may be eligible for the OWP. However, when we try to create the application, the Come to Canada wizard has no options for such circumstances and does not let me create an application.

Has anyone faced the same? What should I do?

Your spouse is non accompanying and doesn't qualify for an OWP.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking, however, haven't seen a requirement for a dependant to be accompanying. It just says the dependant needs to be included. Could you advise where to look for this requirement?
