Hello all
I am currently working in Canada with PGWP which will be expired in Oct 30th.
I will apply PR under family class, common law with Open work permit
since PGWP cannot be extended.
In the document checklist for OWP (IMM5556) , it says “ if your employer is exempt from obtaining an LMIA from ESDC, your employer must provide you with the offer of employment number for inclusion in your work permit application.”
What does that mean? I am already working but do I need the offer?
