Applied for PR and OWP together in Sept 2014. Was waiting for OWP but today Call Centre told me that they dont see my OWP application attached to my PR application. They advised me to send OWP again. My PGWP is expired now. What should I answer to the following questions:
1) I am applying for
a) A work permit with same employer b) Restoration of your status as a worker
c) An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
d) Temporary Resident Permit

2) Intended Employer
3) Intended city of work

Choose option C and write `unknown' for employer.

Make sure you are not currently working either. You don't have a valid status even with the OWP submitted due to the PGWP being non-renewable/extendable.

The OP would have implied status as a visitor, because the OWP was submitted with the Inland application prior to the expiry of the PGWP.

This should still qualify for the pilot program OWP, because implied [visitor] status is valid status.

Thank you guys
But technically I sent my OWP already and CIC received it also. So I have the implied status right??
