OWP at same time as PR online/mail?

Hey!

I'm making my application for visitor extension (status ends Feb 3rd 2020), PR and about to start OWP app. First of all, which order should I send these off?
I know I need to send visitor extension at least 30 days before my status expires, so should I just send it in now? And should my PR/OWP be sent before the visitor extension or should I wait to hear back about the visitor record before sending the PR/OWP?

Most people have advised sending OWP at the same time as PR. Does this mean online, or send physical offline paper forms with the PR paperwork? When I start the paper application it says most people have to do that application online unless they have a disability or technical difficulty.

As already advised in your other thread, apply for the visitor extension in January. Too early now.

The order in which you send the apps doesn't matter. They are completely independent of each other. Send the PR/OWP app as soon as you have it ready.

Thanks, I remember you saying it way 'too early', but what are the repercussions of sending it too early? Will it get rejected? I only ask, because it's ready to go now and I just want to get it sent off and forget about it while I concentrate on PR/OWP.

Sending too early can result in a refusal if the app is processed quickly.

You can still forget about it for the next 7-8 weeks, as long as it is submitted before your current status expires.
