Closed work permit based on PNP Nomination
Hi everyone, I am new to this forum
I have got closed work permit on Jan 10, 2015 based on my PNP nomination certificate & support letter and i was working with my employer but on JAN 29 my employer has sold the business. but I have got the job offer from the new management so I have applied online for changed in condition(new work permit) as my employer has been changed. I have asked the CIC Call center agent before applying online if i need any document from pnp to apply new work permit and officer said that once you have applied for PR(Jan 31,2015) you don't need anything from PNP. After 2 month of processing time CIC has requested me to provide nomination support letter from PNP. I have ask my pnp for work permit support letter, same time I have reply to CIC for extension saying that I have applied for new work permit support letter at MPNP Office and its in process so i will submit it soon as I received it. CIC has hold my application for 24 days because of PNP processing delay. My pnp certificate expired on 24 April and same day I received my work permit refused letter online(MYCIC). I am still waiting for AOR (PNP-PR Application) so won't able to get BOWP
Today I received my work permit support letter from MPNP on April 29 and going to apply again for work permit, I have my job offer letter too, but my question Is as my PNP certificate is expired and haven't received AOR for (BOWP)
DO I NEED NEW PNP CERTIFICATE TO APPLY FOR (WP) OR ONLY WITH NOMINATION (WP) SUPPORT LETTER FROM PNP IS GOOD ENOUGH TO GET WORK PERMIT?

I had upfront medical as well. However, in the previous application, medical status was changed to passed within 4-5 days of application, and was processed in negative by NDVO within 25 days. This time around, medical status stands as "NO documents required at this time".rkurtur said:
